What helps you relax?

I was thinking about the things that I do to relax and i realized I don't have many. Walking helps me relax and cleaning helps me relax, sometimes watching movies helps but not that often. I just have so much energy. What helps you guys relax?

i like singing at KTV whatever happy or sad,i have to work off my excess energy through scream loudly.

Hey, Well the things I do, that actually help me to relax are to mainly reply to discussions on myLot, and to also watch some really funny YouTube videos. They all the time help me to relax, and take on my stress. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

I don't think I ahve many too. but when I'm tired, lazy, and stress, usually a hot drink, used to be tea, now coffee, will able to make me feel relax, before that, I will be taking bath, do some cleaning, and listen to music, will somehow soothing me and of course praying, and meditating too.

Well bluehibiscus,for me,i start playing with my son and helping him in home work and sometime i listern music when i am alone.This way i relax.

Sitting alone on top of a hill, with a can of drink on my hands, while enjoying the sunsets. That is so relaxing. =)

well, they said that this activity is one of the signs of aging... but for me, it really made me relax when i do gardening.=p Reading books also relaxes me especially when everything is calm.

Hi Blue...I find that meditation, drawing, and soft music help my body and mind slow down and relax. So does a cup of camomile tea and a good book. Karen

Curling up in a quiet corner with a good book and a cup of tea or coffee helps me relax. Working on a nice puzzle. Laying in bed and watching a good movie. Also, listening to the rain when it rains.
