How often do you drink milk?

Hello there fellow myLotters! Some men don't often drink milk because many preferred coffee, right? To Chinese, they prefer tea. And to tell you my dad is not a coffee addict to! He never miss drinking 2 glasses of milk everyday! And to mention all in our households don't drink coffee. So if we have visitor that wants coffee that's the time or coffee maker will be used. hehehe.. On my part, I will do one glass of hot milk early in the morning and another glass before going to bed at night. Drinking hot milk freshens my day and makes my sleep good. How about you how often do you drink milk? Do you think that milk is just for baby/children to drink? Happy MyLotting!

I constantly drink milk. I don't care what anyone says about it. I like the taste, and how it feels when I drink it, especially when I have been working hard, and doing a lot of heavy lifting. Then I get carried away because I can drink an entire gallon at once, straight out of the jug. It's freakish to see someone do that, and it draws attention to see someone drink that much milk, and I have to admit, after doing that for so long, I can't see myself drinking out of a glass anymore. I lift weights and heavy things every day so slamming one of these is normal for me, and about the only thing that I crave afterwards. I get the jokes about having bones of steel, and having to invest in cows, sending a farmers kid through college, and singlehandedly driving the price of milk up. Also, I think milk is part of the reason as to how I got so big and strong amongst other things, but when one can consume as much milk by himself as a large family, it's not hard to see how that is possible. I don't recommend trying this, or anyone stopping my habit because my cravings may hurt a person.
