A chocolate bar makes up for a missed meal...is it healthy?

Whenever I missed a meal, I would easily grab a chocolate bar to make up for what I missed and I guess it never fails to replenish my energy. But, I'm starting to wonder if it's healthy...maybe others would say it is not, but then again, Chocolate easily satisfies me.

It is an OK idea for a short duration. Its a bad idea if you are gonna eat bars instead of meals. Nutrition will take a beating and will in turn ruin your health big time.

I don't really know if eating chocolate bars to make up for missed meals is bad or good. But I think an energy bar is more appropriate since is contains proteins and other nutritious ingredients and not just sweet stuffs. I believe there are a lot of yummy energy bars in the stores that you can buy and carry around with you.

I don't think so...A meal is good for health and the amount of energy you gain after eating a meal is more than in a chocolate. After having a chocolate, you again will feel hungry after few hours. May be once or twice is fine. Making it a habit is bad for your health and teeth.
