What's wrong with the kids of today?

Not a happy topic to discuss about, but there is a lot of media hype about incidents of shootings at schools in the U.S. This brings us to consider stringent actions against these perpetuators of crime, but the fact remains that these actions are from fallouts caused by other factors; not least of all by drug abuse.
