COUPLES:Is celebrating your monthsary or anniversary necessary?

Celebrating monthsaries and anniversaries is something a couple does because they are happy of being together and happy that they manage to get this far in a relationship.Monthsary is very common among teenage or adolescent couples speacially in high school on the other hand anniversary is common among married couples.This occassion shows that the love between the couple is growing more and more and that their love for each other is something that a person will be proud of..because not all couples last long..some ends up breaking up and some ends up with divorce.. Women are very sensitive when it comes to monthsaries and anniversaries,they don't mind if their guy surprise them with a date or something,what matters for them is that their guy remembers their special day when their love was united. On the contrary,men doesn't seem that excited about this special day because for men what's important is that they are with the true person they love..and that the date isn't that important as long as they live longer with their woman and loves,care and serve her as long as he can.. So with the question above,does it matter if a couple celebrates this occassion??does it prove something if they celebrate??
