A homoeopath suggests that diabetes can be reversed, which means patients can be free of diabetes-related complications and maintain blood sugar levels by adhering to a strict diet and exercise regimen.

I wrote an article about one of the ways to treat diabetes. flax seeds showed to reverse damage done to the pancreas and in combination with weight loss can reverse diabetes. I tried it out on my grand mother and her diabetes got much better. Her glucose level went from over 200 to around 130 after 2 weeks of this treatment. here is the link to the article: http://www.ehow.com/how_5187819_treat-type-ii-diabetes.html

Hi mdvarghese, I'm a bit of a fan of the TV show 'The Biggest Loser Australia' and one man did reverse his diabetes and was able to come off medication because the diabetes he had was caused by excess weight. Once he was able to lose the weight through strict diet and exercise his illness was reversed. I'm not sure if this is relevant to others unless like him they were carrying a massive amount of extra weight but it is well known that obesity is a key factor in many cases of diabetes developing.
