What do you like to eat before go to sleep ????

For me, i like to drink water before i went to sleep.Sometime i would eat a few snacks before go to sleep.Then what do you like to eat before go to sleep????

I complete my eating session one hour before going to sleep. I just before going I drink glass of water. At summer time I used to drink water at mid nights also when I am in sleeping.

I usually try not to eat before I go to sleep, because you get the best rest when your body is not digesting something. They say it is best not to eat after 7 PM. When I do eat before bed I like to eat something good for me, like a piece of fruit or something like that, something nice and easy for my body to process while sleeping. I try not to drink too much water because I do not want to wake up and have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Yes. I'm on a diet, so I always have a insipidity dinner like one apple and a bottle of milk or just get over it. And try not to eat something after 7PM.I think that's a good way to keep weight. I think drink half cup of water before sleep is good for our health, not too much.because it'll help blood circulation to get more smoothly.

Normally I eat and wait for 2 hours before sleeping. And I dont eat just before hitting the sack. I have heard that it is bad for health.

I don't prefer snacks just befor going to sleep. I would like to have some yougurt before going to sleep, it will make my body feel cool in the very hot climate exists in my place. I don't prefer to have a very heavy meal before going to bed. If I want to have a heavy dinner. I would prefer to have it much early before going to bed so that it will be kind of digested at the time of sleep.

I can eat mostly anything before I go to sleep but I dont really like to because then I usually need to drink something and I try not to drink before I go to bed because then I am up at night going to the bathroom. I try to quit eating and drinking about 4 hours before I go to bed.

I usually don't try to eat too much before I go to sleep, because if you eat a lot then it's hard on your stomach and harder to rest. I may eat a light supper occasionally, like cereal or a little fruit or yogurt. But i usually don't eat anything at night that much.

I try to drink a cup of hot tea half an hour or so before I go to bed; I find it a relaxing way to end the day and contemplate.

I like to drink banana milk and yogurt before sleep it's delicious! I also drink 1 glass of mineral water before sleep. I found myself always drink if I have insomnia and the result is my insomnia become worse because I need to to to toilet several times,, Now, my favorite banana milk is not able anymore in department store.. I'm so sad and change it with chocolate milk.. Once I read in blood type diet book that yogurt is not good for people who has O blood type (it's mine)... I try to stop consume yogurt anymore but I miss it! So now I eat yogurt again,, whatever that diet book says

Hi busky, I try to avoid drinking too much water before I go to sleep. You know why? If drink too much water, I then need to wake up few times in the middle of night to go toilet, LOL If I have very light dinner , then I will take some more food before I go to bed. I eat what ever I have at home, it can be biscuits, bread or snacks.

Eating too much before sleep is a very bad habit and having snacks before going to sleep will be harm for our health! As for me, i often eat nothing and drink some pure water before going to sleep. You'd better not eat too much and take good care of your own body!Living with a good habit is very important!

Well for me I usually eat biscuits as my midnight snack and I never forget to drink "Energen", it's a chocolate cereal drink here in our country. But sometimes I used to chips.

I don't really eat before going to bed, and I will have my last gurp of water at least half an hour before bed. There is a saying that if you have too much water before you sleep, you will end up having swollen eyes...

Yea, I heard a lot about have too much water before sleep, the next day you'll find having swollen eyes, and I think it's ture.
