How to Insert links on text?

As an active member in just almost a month here in mylot. I wanted to insert links on some of my articles but don't how and don't know if this is a violation from the rule. As I browse the page of mylot, i found to guidelines on how to insert links on text and others...
Another I notice was that when I wanted to send a flower comment to all my friends list but not inserted and don't know why?
Any one can help.
How to insert links on text?
What is the regarding the insertion of links here?
Is there any rule in give comments on friends profile?

Hello Aerous, yes, as Flaredust said, it requires that we have 500 posts to MyLot before we can post any links other than the mylot smilies. You are very nearly there, my friend :)

Thanks, for the nice response on this discussion. I just only asking because I'm wondering about that things. Even posting a comments on friend, I can't do it. Since I am a newbie here. Don't know those thing's. I browse the page to see if there is any guide to it but unfortunately doesn't have any guide. That is why I force to write this articles to let it know from people here in mylot, that have more experience about mylot.
