Sooo its my time and as im getting older my cyles are getting wayy worse..pms is insane..i get it a whole week before..from carmps...doubling over pain..serious mucnhies..break outs,.,everything,.,then the following week it starts and the first 3 days are sooooo bad i literally cant get out of bed..im dizzy and barelyt make it to the bathroom..i feel like im gonan pass out any minute,,cant eat..lil can i drink..its just BADDDDD MANN! but its never been like this..the last 4 yrs is when it started..so my question is..does anyone else have these probs? how bad is yours? IS THIS DEALIOO NORMAL????? thanks for everyone that responds!! muahhh! April

Luckily I have never had the cramp's. A friend of mine still has cramp's and she can not even get out of the bed they are so bad. But my period has been messed up now for the past year. I get 2 period's a month some time's. It is not good when you can not keep track of it, but I was told it is due to me getting ready to go through the change. In a way I can not wait. The worst part is I never know how long it will last, some time's it last's for 10 day's some time's only 2 day's.

You are sooo soo very lucky lol..and your poor friend..i know exactly what shes going threw..i too have a hell of a time getting out of bed or the couch an djust cry when Skys out of the house..i dont let him see me cry because he doesnt need to see it and burden him any..hes very emotional as it is,as you know..anywho..i found i have endometriosis..hope i spelled it right..lol..i skip a cpl mths,then when i have it .LOOK OUT!! and i have horrible cramps for mths till it stops again..my doc said i should have my girl parts out and it will stop it..i want another child if i can before im 40ish..early 40's no later..soo i guess ill suffer..ughhh..but after that time period..he can cut all out lol..thanks for posting!! You are one of the many like me you poor thing somebody else on here went up the doctors for a tablet that cured it all.My doctor says there is no such thing.Thankfully I do not have to work it must be awful if you do.Fancy having to work feeling like that,I am in the change hot sweats and low level infections down below that antibiotics cannot do anything about.Thrush and whatever comes my way.If I get a good monthly I know the week after it will set in pain,headaches,cramps that nearly kill me.Who would be a woman,I say if men had this they would have found a cure by now,sister I am with you,love.xxxx

Wow I'm sorry to hear you're going through so much agony with your "cycle"---I must have had a charmed life or something since I never had any problems with my periods and no PMS, and when I went menopausal no problems either...no hot flashes, no heavy sweats...If its so bad I really think you need to see a doctor to make sure it's not something more serious

woww! im soo soo jelous!! lol..mine up till a few years ago was just reg pms..lil cramps..cravin chocolate..noww./.omgg!! I just lay in bed and cry and double up..its insane! and my doc had me try al lthis borth control..he reduced and raised doses tryin to get seomthign right to see if it would help..all it di was make me bleed for 4 months straight! i found im allergic to the pill lol..nice!! soo right now im on hold he has no idea..:(

I used to be bad like you are now when I was younger. The advice I received from my doctor was to go on the contraceptive pill, which worked wonders.
Since coming of it about 9 years ago, I've not had as many problems, though still get minor cramping and horrible mood swings.
Hormone imbalances are the most common cause of bad period pain.
