when you get fat,whats the first part of your body gets bigger?

me..my face...when i experienced my failed pregnancy a few months after giving birth my face change..it was a bit widder not like before when i was newly wed..my hips are still the same and waist line..just my face, my back,arms..a little fats added..how about you?happy posting!

My stomach as I swell when I eat something that isn't good for me... I have food senitivity and therefore what is health for others isn't healty for me. i wuld love to loose weight on my core but I want to do it the healthy way. My boyfriend likes me because of me not because of my size which is nice...I'm the one that wants to b healthier

you can also use binder..that makes your tummy smaller.wear it everyday..to see the effect right away..and try not to eat much..i hope that will help..!

Actually a binder would be worst as this is not an overeating problem. I swell because of a reaction to certain types for foods. Blinding will only cause more more stress on my body. The swelling is caused by gases and a reaction to the food. When this first happened I used to have to bring to work three different sizes of pants to work because of swelling. If I wore the tight pants as I was swelling I would have had to cut them off. Not all weight problems are because of overeating.

when i get fat, my face change too, it is rounder hehehe and my waist too, widened. i promised myself not eat fatty foods and junky, but im still tempted... i like drinking softdrinks too. that makes me fat even more i hope i can reduce and lose weight soon.

you have a treadmil?that may help too..3o mins. everyday.put on some music inorder not to make you feel lazy..make your mind more active!and energize!

If I'm eat too much, the first part of my body that gets bigger is my stomach! It become elastic like pillow and there's fats added.. I like to play with it,,lol,, this was happen when I came back after 5 days in hospital. I feel hungry and eat all the times! After stomach, next is my arm.. but not until the fats reach my arms, I turn skinny again,,hehehe.. It's hard for me to gain weight and if I remember, I look fresher if I eat more but I can't..

thats ok..still you have nice figure....at least you have a little of fats in your body...not like others they just look very thin like skeletons..so be happy with it.just eat healthy food so that you live long!

Hi acie, before my first pregnancy my weight was 118 lbs. After giving birth to my boy it weight went up to 128. It's really incredible eh... My face just looked as round as a pancake My arms and my hip as well as the stomach became obese. I had to wear the maternity clothes for quite some time Yeah I had to ready some new clothes before the maternity leave ended. it's rather embarrassed that I still had to wear the maternity clothes after giving birth. I was lucky that my weight went down gradually. I could put on all those old clothes finally after a few months. Happy posting and take care!

like how many months you lose weight after the labor?do you still look like before?hmmmm...im scared to gain a lot of weight..can you help me...not to gain too much if ill experience my 2nd pregnancy?what will i do..pregnant woman always sleep and eat!im still 21 im too young to be fat..in my age im still very concious about my body.hoping for your reply

Like 5 months or so. It’s rather time consuming, right? My appetite was extreme good that time. I felt reluctant to have regular physical exercise as well. I couldn’t help but played with my baby boy after back from work. Later I then keep on having 40 minutes exercise and cut down the amount of food taking daily. Yeah, we have to avoid taking oily and sweet food as well. You could consult the professional dietitian for his advice as how it should be done. He will list out the healthy and nutritious foods for a pregnant woman. It really works and this can see from the actual example shown by friends. They look as healthy, fit and slim just before they got conceived

but!i like bigger buts!very sexy..why hated it?thats what my husband likes..so meaning men are attractive to bigger buts!so not to worry!thats an asset!

hi acie_21, the fierst part that goes out of shape and size is my waist . after giving birth i went all out of shape. i use to look so bad that there wasn't any place left on my body where i couldn't see fat. it was fat and fat and fat all over. i was too sad and depressed. my back also , my butts , my arms and above all my face looked so big. it seemed as i will never get back in shape again. but i joined gym and started working out religiously. now i have lost from every part of my body and the best is that my face has also reduced. i have never seen myself so fat. i was bloated. it was really bad to look at myself in the mirror. that sight was a nightmare and i never wanna see it back again.

My stomach and no matter how much sit-ups I do, it doesn't work, lol. I think my arms are getting bigger also whenever I put some weight, but I don't notice my arms much because I'm too focus on my belly, lol.
