Hi everyone! I always have my pets checked by their vet. Though I don’t see any signs of health problems, I make sure that they’re ok by seeing good results on their laboratory tests. Last Tuesday I called on my vet for a home service for my pet’s yearly general check up. He took blood samples to test the liver, kidney and everything else that needs checking. My eldest whom I thought needs medication again turned out fine. My eldest is already 8 years old this December and I’m a more cautious about his health. He is the more sick prone of the two so I watch him carefully. But unexpectedly, results turned out bad for my youngest whose only 5 years old. The vet informed me that his liver was having too much activity (something like that) and he needs to be sure why so my pet needs to undergo ultrasound. He’s scheduled for Monday next week. Though the result was surprising for me, I am still glad that I have known about it sooner. My pet isn’t giving any symptoms at all. In fact, he is still, as always very active and never loses appetite so there’s no way to tell that something is wrong with him. The vet says that the condition could be just starting so it’s better to cure it before it gets worst. This could mean spending big money again, but what the heck, I love my pets dearly.

I wouldn't mind spending some money for my pets.I think of pets as furry family members.I get a lack of flack for choosing not to get married and raising pets, but I'm very of my choice.in my opinion, raising kids are far more expensive than raising pets.
