How to lose weight? The best way?

            Hi,
Nowdays, people do more and more mental activity, but less and less phsical activity. Many people are over-weighted. So losing weight become more and more populiar not only for hot body but also for health. So how to lose weight? Which is the best way? Look forward to your sharing.

                    i m also trying to reduce my weight in these days . i m fatty so my friends are always kidding me . This make my mind to reduce my weight . daily morning i wake up early and do running exercise for 1 hour and next 1 hour for yoga exercise . In the morning my breakfast is any juice and in the noon small amount of rice . In the night some helathy vegetables . Now my weight reduced from 82 to 80 for one week

                    Best way to loose weight is physical activity but u don't want to do it.SO there will some weight loosing programs through pills.It gives energy and healthy but it reduces fat content.And there are some instrument belts ,no physical activity needed it will makes ur stomach fit.Try to do these.

Hi my friend Sutent :) 
well,I don't usually run in daily exercises,coz I feel sometimes lazy 
to do things that inquire alot of power and activeness LOL no seriously 
I'm a hardworking person so, if I wanted to lose weight I would simply
lower my amount of food every day and it really works with me 
however, this kind of way doesn't work with sister in law she always 
does exercises to lose weight :) 
I believe that if people controlled their mouths and just open 
to eat good and healthy food away from fat , they would sure be 
in a good shape !! but they never listen what do you think sutent ??

                    Hi sutent.I am a woman and I'm not over weight.But I think,sport is a best way to lose weight.And just consumsption the healthy food.But you know,I have problem to scale up my wight.It's difficult to me.I eat much and rest enough.But I don't like milk.Do you have the best way to scale up the weight?Thanks.

                    Hi Sutent.Weight loss is all on your will power.You have to exercise this will power to follow a strict regime of exercise,eating healthy food and the most important of all,do practice yoga.It really helps.Avoid consuming oily snacks and carbohydrate filled pastries and cakes.Drink plenty of water and get ready to shed all that extra body weight.All the best.

                    you really can't avoid eating.. if so, then feels like your just trying to kill yourself.. imagine those mouth watering cake, ice cream and etc.. i have friend who only eat tuna and a biscuits... and i feel like the world is losing foods to eat..
water therapy is the best... you can eat like 1/2 cup rice and fish or vegetables and drink more water so you will feel full.. if you want to eat meat or any food with meat then try to control yourself by eating it once a week... if you feel hungry then always bring apple with you and take a bite if you feel so...
i always bring a bottle of mineral water with me... it makes me feel full always... and will not make you looks dry... its also best to avoid UTI...

                    Eat less servings but more frequent, that will boost your metabolism throughout the day. This method is really good, i lost 20 lbs. in 1 month. Try it.....its good. And drink at least 8 cups of water a day and exercise.....walk or jog at least 30 minutes a day and you'll be fine.
