Do you like working in a team or on your own?

Someone prefer to work on his own . They usually hold the opion that in a team,you often have to give up some indiviaduality in order for the team to function as whole.What is more ,they alao argue that it does not allow you to have idependent thinking as group desicion-making usually takes longer time,working in a team is notnecessarily efficient.
As to me ,i like woking in a team, as the proverb goes:two heads are better than one.In a team,I can leran from my fellow workers,get help from them when i am under presure.And the most importtant thing is i can learn to communicate with aii sorts of people.

i prefer to work in a team. when i say a team i mean a team, not just some people work together.
working in a meaningful team, i feel energetic and useful, i like team work that connect people together.
when you work in a team, you consider for the team. when meet proplem, team work makes it work out. that is great.

I would prefer working with my teammates because someimes I am not really confident wih myself and I must consult somebody else if wha I did is okay.

I prefer working on my own because i get very creative when i'm all alone and no ones there to bother me. I'm a thinker so i like to imagine scenarios of how to solve or create something and i usually prefer everything to be quite so thats why i prefer to work alone. But as far as working in a group, i can do it also because i'm a team player. However, i don't like it.

I prefer working in a team, I agree with what you say that 'Two heads are better than one'. I think if you are in a good team then the work becomes smooth and is easily improved.
You can of course do sections of projects on your own and then bring them to the table when you sit down with the team.
