Paypal request me to update CC when payment process.

I get the problem when using paypal. When I want to upgrade my membership in one of site I join in (example: site A) and then, the process bring me to page which paypal request me to update data of my credit card ... if not, the process will stuck :). I think, it was weird because I never get request like that before. While I was think, what's going on with my paypal, I try to pay my membership in another site (example: site B) but .. wow, I didn't get request to update data of my credit card in paypal and then process payment running smoothly. I am still confuse, what's exactly going on? Please my loting, any one can help me? I am really appreciated with your response.
