How to decrease stomach fat?

Hello All, please tell me specific diet, tips, exercise. so that I can decrease stomach fat quickly.. it has troubled me more than any other thing. please help me..

hi sunstar,I think you need to doing sport game. because sport can burn you fat. doing exercise is great, but its maybe make you little bit boring. Sport game doing with our happiness, that's why playing sport game like football,soccer,tennis,etc. will more useful for me. My height is 170 m (asian) and my weight is about 58 kilos until now. my body is slim, my muscle is average ( I never go to the fitness center) lol. I like soccer, I play it every afternoon when I child.Now, I just play futsal once every weekend.I think that's my opinion, about food I don't know much about food menu for diet or any else, because I just eat with asian ordinary menu everyday, like rice for breakfast,lunch and dinner.owh...yea...I forgot something, I think don't too much eat junk food. I hope that's useful for you and every one.

Hi...sunstar With good exercises and balanced diet, you can reduced the tummy. But you can not achieve it quickly. Being a starter, walk briskly for half an hour either early morning or in the evening. Drink two to three glass of lemon juice without sugar and salt. Avoid all oily foods and fried items. These are the common things which I am doing. If you want quick results, consult a physician.

what have you done so far? it's my problem as well - i'm slim but still have some. sit-ups are good.

Yea like what was said you should limit your carbs to the morning only. They are ok to eat then, but after breakfast you should limit your intake of them. And also eat foods with alot of fiber and eat/drink alot of dairy products. Fiber fills you up quick and the high calcium in dairy helps you metabolize fat better. And if possible try to eat 5-6 smaller meals during the day instead of just 3 big ones. For exercises, sprints or interval workouts are best for losing fat. An example would be to sprint for about 30 seconds (or jump-rope or anything like that), and then rest for 60 seconds, and then repeat this about 6+ times. This is one of the best types of exercise you can do to really bust fat. I did both of these pretty religiously every day for about 2 months and lost 30 pounds, so hopefully it can work for you too

I feel that having warm water to drink throughout the day really helps to this.

I have the same problem. I'm not certain that there is a QUICK fix to the problem but the only thing that works for me is to decrease all carbs except for fruits and veggies. Not an exciting way to eat but as soon as I add carbs into my diet, I gain weight in the stomach area. Good luck
