Shouldn't The Talibans Abolish Suicide Killings?

A good warrior code of conduct booklet issued by Taliban supreme leader Mullah Omar in May and several copies have been seized by Nato forces in raids in across Afghanistan. In the booklet's 13-chapter guide, entitled Taliban 2009 Rules and Regulations, it tells its militants to avoid unnecessary suicide bombings and civilian casualties.
I could not help but ask myself here, if they should have instructed to abolish suicide killings totally. I wonder just how are they going to control these acts and prevent innocent lives from being lost.
Sad, isn't it?

The Daily Mail has published something suggesting the Taliban aren't all bad?!?!
I've been thinking lately that maybe they've been secretly infiltrated by ex-Guardian journalists.

jend80,
I do not think that the article is saying anything well about the Talibans. This article afterall, is about the discovery of what might be going on inside these terrorist groups.
I don't think there is any infiltrations here.
