When do you go to sleep everyday?

And when do you get up everyday? I always go to bed after 12:00 pm.

Lately my sleeping patterns have been a little off. I've been staying up till like 5AM and then sleeping half the day; this is probably a habit that I should break sooon..

It varies from day to day. I'm usually on Mylot pretty late. I'm usually always in bed by 3 am LOL. I try and get to bed at 12am but it doesnt usually happen, Mylot is too addicting :D

I usually try and get to sleep at 330 am and get up at 6am and then take a nap from 11am to 1 pm
