            Hi everybody!
I just want to ask if someone knows a "home" seasick remedy...I've to take boat between 2 weeks and the travel is of 6 hours...I'm gone in pharmacy to take medecine but I would like to know if exist some things to do if you feel bad...maybe lying on the floor?
I'll sure don't eat before to go! And however I hope that the sea will be not a lot moved!!!!

I have motion sickness too, taking a flight, train or boat, I get "unbalanced"... so whenever I have to, I will take dramamine to stabalize my fluids. It will relax me and at the same time, allow me to enjoy the flight, journey or cruise. Try it!

Try self-hypnosis. It's supposed to help with various ailments and fears. I'm sure you can find a self-hypnosis video or audio to help online for free. Good luck!
