The Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus has revealed that the bipartisan committee draft of the Health Care reform bill finally agreed, according to the Congressional Budget Office, the bill costs will be less than $900 billion and it won't increase the countries deficit. Finally some good news and just maybe the Democrats and Republicans will start to work together, instead of just pulling different directions.

It sounds like It. I hope they can start working together because if they don't, they will take us back down the path we had with bush at the end of reign. I don't want people to think that bush didn't do his job as president. I'm just glad that Obama is finally getting somethings approved from both sides of the fense.

Your blind faith in Max Baucus would be funny if it weren't so scarey. How can you trust this guy so implicitly? Do you really think you can spend $900,000,000,000 without increasing the deficit?
"The bill would actually reduce the federal deficit in the 10th year by several billion dollars," he said.
So it WILL increase the deficit. He just SPECULATES that it will reduce the deficit in 10 years. Well guess what, when you balloon a deficit the way the democrats have it's EASY to reduce it over a 10 year period. That's like me blowing $1,000 for pig crap in one week and then saying "Hey, I cut my spending in half because I'm only spending $500 on pig crap this week!" As we all know, part of the stimulus was spent on pig crap and it was actually more than $1,000 a week.
