How many fizzys do you drink in one day?

I used to be addicted to coke zero and would drink around six glasses a day. Some days I wouldn't drink any water at all. However at the start of the year I decided to pursue a more healthy lifestyle and so now drink mostly water and only consume coke occasionally (e.g dining out). I think soda is a nice treat in moderation but drink too often it isn't too healthy as it is carbonated and full of additives.

I was not sure what a fizzy was either but I thought it was soda. I am really bad when it comes to drinking soda. I drink about 3 to 4 cans a day. I start drinking when I get up in the morning and if we have a lot of cans I just drink it all day long. My wife tries to put a limit on it but I don't listen to her. To fix my problem we just dont buy Pop anymore. I drink alot of water now.
