What is the best way to get your lower tummy muscles flat?

hi dear freind, nice discussion. i am regularly going gym to help myself loose some flab that has come around my tummy area. it is hard but then i have still not given up. i am trying. sit ups and crunches will workj. it is painful and tiring and boring and what not but no gain without pain, so one has to do. you can also go under doctor's knife and get yourself a tummy tuck. that is also a way to get flat stomach or you can go and lipusuction. i dont believer and frankly, i am afraid to do all other things except exercising, lol. i am really working very hard and anyone who is having tummy and wanna reduce as i am doing, really have to work hard with all an aim that he or she has to cut that flab and fat in that area down. i got all that after pregnancy. i was eighty kilos abut now i am fifty nine. it took eight months with regular gym and diet.

if you have body fat around the tummy area, youre going to have to do aerobic fat burning exercise. jogging is great, swimming burns calories and builds some muscle, basically just exercise. Then what you do is ab workouts, crunches sit up, ect. The combonation of those two will give you a nice flat belly.
