Do you have problems inviting people as referrals?

I've never been good with recruiting people, regardless the medium of the job or organization. I don't know, perhaps it's me. Do you find recruiting people a difficult task to do? If not, could you share your points as to how you do it? I've been here in mylot for a long time now, and I couldn't really say I have referrals who are really working like I do. They're just there as decorations, they're not really into it.

I think referring is a skill. You need to have the passion and convincing techniques. Another factor is how confident you are, how popular you are. Sad to say, your looks also matters. For example, if you want to promote and refer your company product to someone, you need to attract their attention 1st, normally people get attracted by your looks, so how you dress yourself is very important. Next is you need to show confidence and interest in your own products, you cannot refer someone if you yourself are not interested in your products. Normally people will get convinced when they see you being eager to share something wonderful to people. All the best in getting referrals, happy mylotting :D

I'm the same as you laydee! I'm not good at recruiting other people at all. I'm fairly new at myLot, but since then I've been trying to see if I can refer someone to this site but whenever I was going through my email list, it just seems like there doesn't seem to be anyone that would be interested in this. Or else, I just don't really feel comfortable emailing someone and recruiting them for this site. I wish I'm one of those people who can recruit a lot of people.

its really hard to find active referrals here in mylot ., maybe because they don't trust mylot and they'll find it diffucult to earn money here ., but for me i don't think of earning money ., i'm enjoying blogging and posting discussions and sometimes reading some comments on a discussion .,

That's a great way to motivate yourself. If we keep on noticing and watching out of how much we earn, we end up frustrated. hehehee..

Plain and simple, I'm not good at all in finding referrals. Or get downline. I became member here about 3 years ago, and I still have no ref LOL. I did stopped login in mylot for couple years. But on other some other side i do have referrals. And I get it because I became premium member on those site, one of the perks is you get random referrals. Sorry, if I can't help you a lot. Happy mylotting anyway

This is something I just can't do. I wonder if it will be a problem for someone to whom I recommended this, and I don't want to hurt them. If promotion or referrals are required, I have to opt out.

I only managed to refer my sister so far and she's not really active either.
