How to lose Weight ?

Hello my friend .. I would like to know how to lose weight, especially around the waist. Will doing sit-up before going to bed or after wake-up is help ? Is there a way of reducing weight quickly but safely ?

Hi there, I have lost a few dress sizes and have maintained my target weight. Here are some suggestions that may help you. * Cut down on soda drinks - Each cup of soda normally contains 6-12% of the calories you need to consume for one day. The average adult should consume 2000 calories a day and I would rather spend my calories on food than on soda. Just immagine if you have one bottle of soda or two glasses thats 12-22% of what you should consume in a day and you haven't even eaten. * Grab a jump rode and start skipping for 5-10 minutes a few times a week. Skipping is an intense anarobic exercise which burns calories quickly and its fun and cheap. It also tones the body. * Pilates would be perfect for you as it tones the waist as well as the rest of your body. Infact you will be surprised to hear that you cannot spot train one area of your body. So you will lose weight on your hips, legs, arms ect.. I do Windsor pilates 20min workout three times a week and it works wonders. It targets your core and so the muscles around your waist and stumouch get very toned. Pilates is great for a bikini ready body. * Cardio on tope of skipping and pilates its important to do some cardio choose between cycling, running, walking whatever fits your fitness level and ability and of course which you enjoy the most. Infact dance is also a great calorie builder. I personally love running and cycling and have lost weight quickly and safely. All the best

Forgot to say you dont need Windsor pilates although its availble second hand cheaply on sites like ebay but any pilates dvd will do. Checkout the sale section at the local shops and you should find one. Also try and find exercises you enjoy and you will stay motivated. Also be careful not to overdo it and do too much. Start off gradually and make sure you can maintain your workout schedule. :-)

Hi there! When I need to trim down my waistline I just go on a diet. I lessen my rice intake and I only eat bread, wheat bread in particular in the mornings and drink coffee for breakfast. I eat foods rich in fiber to help me digest foods and have a regular bowel movement. The longer the foods take to digest inside my body, the longer my body has the time to absorb the fats and that's not good. Lots of fiber intake can help. I believe dieting is the best to trim and be fit and it's effective for me. It's more natural than any methods. Exercising can aid but if you will keep on eating unhealthy foods, the exercise would probably won't work. Hope that helps. Ciao!

How to lose weight? Hello friend, here is the best way to loose weight. Please take it for what it's worth. The first thing that you need to do is to learn how to put your fork or spoon down. You are no longer a child and you do not have to eat everything that's on your plate. You are an adult and so therefore you can make wise decisions about what you will and will not eat. You probably already know that cakes, cookies, deserts and candies can all make you gain weight. So cut back on all of that junk food. Throw the potato chips away. If you must munch out then munch out on carrots, cucumbers and other healthy veggies. Eat a good healthy breakfast. But go easy on your lunch and dinner meals. Then try to get more active by walking about an hour a day. Drink six to eight glasses of water per day and squeeze some lemon juice in it which will help to flush everything out. This sounds like a lot I know but if you do this you will loose weight. Do crunches instead of sit ups......... and try to get involved with doing cardiovascular exercises.....to make a long story short, If you really want to loose weight, you must be willing to make permanent lifestyle changes. You can do it if you believe in yourself. Also try to get connected with a good support group. Weight watchers is one that I would highly recommend. The healthiest way to lose weight is to not try to do it rapidly. If you are to lose weight at a more gradual pace, you are more likely to maintain that weight loss. 1. Drink plenty of water. At least 10 glasses a day. 2. Cut sugars and fat down in your diet (you do still want to take in about 25 grams of fat a day). 3. Implement an exercise regimen. Keep this as something that challenges you but doesn't make you uncomfortable.

Haha =D The best way will always be doing more exercises as well as having a healthy diet.. There are no hard and fast way in losing weight or slimming down.. Everything takes time to show, and even so, 3 months or maybe 3 weeks, will be the minimum time required ^_^ Try to eat less of carbohydrate stuffs at night, and no supper before bed!! DO exercises if u can, such as swimming or jogging, as long as it works your muscles well.. It will be good if u managed to sweat it out, except for swimming.. haha =D Situps are not as good because it only makes shows up all your fats around the wasit.. U should so something that trains the core muscles instead ^_^

Thanks for the advice. Right now, I still lazy to exercise and I just drink a diet pills to loose my weight . and ... you can look me, I am more slim.

Nice to see you and your post! I think if you can insist on exercising and having a proper diet,weight loss will be a very simple thing!So if you want to lose weight quickly and safely,the only two things you will do are exercising and proper dieting. but every day you lose your weight at most 2 pounds,otherwise it will do some damage to you body! hello,very good morning, how to lose weight is a simple funda .. get yourself a warm drink of lemon in empty stomach every day ..go for a morning walk ,do exercise , then again drink the same lemon drink ,,continue this 4 7 - 10 days and then chk ur weight definite ly u will lose some weight ..

i usually lose weight in my stomach by doing exercises that target that area and eating smaller portions or healthier foods veggies, nuts, fish, whole grains, fruits...they all help me lose weight. eating a bowl of oatmeal a day makes me lose at least a pound a week. then again this is my body and it may not work for you

I wish I knew. I know going on a sensible diet and sticking to it is the best way to lose the weight.
