Give me some Tips For a successfull blog

I have recently created a blog. I want to gain more and more visitors to it, so that it becomes popular. I have plans to use google adsense with my blog. But currently I am not using this program. I will be grateful to you if you give my blog a look, and help me to decide what type of content is actually good for my blog. www.varunsblog.co.cc

Congrats! It's not so much the content of your blog that is important as those that are connected. Me, I think I write good blogs but no one has ever commented on it because...no one really visits it. How sad.
As for writing good one, just write from the heart and write what you know about...that's always an eye catcher. If someone writes about what happens in their life and day, I'm more apt to read about it because I guess I'm inheritantly nosy that way.

I had a look at your blog. Even though the quality of the content is really good, I think your blog lacks focus. Your blog to be successful, should have a strong focus on a single subject. While you can continue your software/computer related posts in this blog, do create a different blog for posting your lyrics and other poetic materials.
