Ideas for creating a website

I want to create a website to help surfers. I know how to code , but it is just an idea which is not striking my brain. I think of 100s but problems are always there with those ideas. I will be grateful to you if you suggest something new and interesting. Also if somebody likes to work with me, you are most welcome.
