Trusting My Gut Voice

I always thought my gut voice as being the voice of "knowing what is right and wrong" ....... but it is ??? some things that i have done, and some decisions that i have made ...
The worst decision my gut makes is when it comes to food, "pizza." Or, "ice cream." and at the end it leaves a scare "a big belly"
I guess i have to use my brains more ...
But then ... my gut has never made wrong decisions when introduced to new people

my gut always wins over my head or else I don’t have a heat at all!!! Really Sanjana, gut feeling is the only feeling I have ever had in all matters…whenever I have had to take any decision, my head has failed me miserably…it has left me more confused…I have rather gone ahead with my gut feeling with mixed results. Food is however a purely gastronomical decision and has nothing to do either with my head or my heart or my gut (wherever that is)…its my stomach and olfactory glands working together overtime…all the time

Yes. I actually live my life as per my "gut feel." Whenever I had a bad gut feel about something I have had a bad experience. I have learnt to respect my gut feel and act accodingly.
