Is there stray dog menance in your county ?

In this country a lot of stray dogs. We do not know when it will come and bite us. There are many incidents in Bangalore that stray dogs attacked the infants and killed.I have seen in group of 15 to 20 dogs in the streets. They will attack without any provocation. Earlier the authorities used to kill them. Nowadays these creatures will be vaccinated and sterilized and dumb in some other areas. I think this happenes only in India. I do love animals and against cruelty to animals. What is the scenario in other nations ? Is there stray dog menance in your country ?

Wow thats crazy and very sad both for the dogs and the humans! In England we don't have much of this, we do have some strays but not too many and our rules are quiet tight so if a dog attacks then it is likely that he will be found and put down!
