I've never been but I was wondering how does it feel to someone being accused without knowing the crime...
Do you experienced it already?

Hello Martin,
I was never been in this situation, but i was also thinking how does it feels? The worst is,how did other people can carry on their conscience seeing the wrong man serving the sentence which is supposedly he/she(the real one)should be on the cell?
And how can these accused and sentenced wrong person handle such situation, and so with their family and loved ones?
This is just to prove how cruel the justice is,and how bad other people are.

Good afternoon my dear jaiho..i got your point. Well if you have been the wrongly accused and you have money you sue them back for humiliation but for those who has no money mostly justice would never be given...thanks for responding my friend..hope you're doing okay now...

hahaha...why is it that we think the same? hehehe i am also thinking a topic like this...but not exactly like this...
well i have never been accused of a crime...but i am sometimes accused of saying this and that which i know i didn't say at all! and it really irritates me!
maybe if i will be accused of a crime that i didn't do....mmmm maybe i will be shocked and freak out! hehehe specially if a crime is serious...and my life is at risk...of course i will be nervous i think and will think of a way to prove myself innocent...and how can i defend myself...something like that...

Yes that's really the first feeling we would have. If my guilt and conscience is clean I would fight back for my right...but, it remains still to be seen, because I've never been that way...thanks for responding again...

I was accused of attempting to make a fraudulent claim - having been told to submit it by a government department advisor. I had sent a letter to the relevant authority, informing them that I was attending a 2-week induction course with a view to changing my job and that I'd send full details once it was confirmed that I had changed. As soon as I had a staff number, payroll number and work location, I forwarded every detail I could think of. Three months later, they sent me a letter saying that I had witheld information by not telling them sooner. It turned out that they had not received my first letter. I was interviewed under caution, with the interview being taped. I then had to wait a further 2 weeks for a letter which said that they would take 'no further action on this occasion' but that, if it happened again they would prosecute me. So, because someone misplaced my letter, I had to go through that at a time when I had some major health concerns.
