This is the second year of my work at this 5 stars hotel.This week,our assistant front office manager quit his job and will go to another city be a front office manager.It's a good opportunity for him and for our four duty managers and three supervisor.That means these seven people can get a chance for promotion. Maybe it's a good news for our general staff. My job is a guest relation officer and my location is lobby and assist our residents to do check-in.As you know,to be a good staff at the front office,if you can use the system effience,means you can do the job perfect.But I never can get a chance to learn the system.I think i have the ability to do my job perfect but i can't get a promotion. i felt so upset. may be i find another job?
