Frustrating Blogs!!

I have tried several times now to start a blog! It says claiming the blog is "Easy" but i can not figure out how to do it!! Whenever i click on the feed link or viewing link it just says the page can not be displayed! Can anyone help me?! For both those links, what do i need to be writing in there? Link say i wanted to make a blog about mylot for example, What would i put? Blog title - ? Feed URL - ? Viewing URL - ? And then any help on claiming it would be really apreciated!! And if you have a blog has it been succesful? What sort of things do you write about and how much do you make a month from it? And has anyone else had problems with creating a blog? Or is it just me lol Thanks for any help you can give!!
