excited to go somewhere, what to do?

I'm going to a big concert tonight "Mötley Crüe,Godsmack and 3, 4 other bands
it's only 9am and I'm sooo excited and ready to go.
I'm cleaning house and doing some shopping just to stay busy and keep my mind of it for a while.
What do you do when you get anxious and excited?

Sounds like a awesome time you will have..When I am anxious or excited I will usually clean or get online and try to get things done without bouncing around in excitement to much.

So did you enjoy yourself?? Well you could always tell him his favorite food is in the fridge calling his name to go eat it..so while he is away sign out of his name and pop on to yours ..your probably right in thinking it might not work.

That will be some concert. Hope you have fun. I think when I'm anxious I have to do things to keep moving. I can't sit still when I'm like that. I'll find something to clean in the house or maybe even do a little exercise. That helps take the edge off and calm me down so that I can relax a little.

i suppose i would do the similar things like you do. when i'm too excited or waitng for something happen i feel it's so difficult to control my mind. so usually i try to do some housework and to make myself busy.
now i also find a good way to escape from the situation. i turn on my computer to do some online work then i can kill the waiting time.
i think going out to do slow walking is also a good way sometimes.
