How to change my Profile?

I can get a few colors changed, but those edit buttons won't work for me. Then the block thing-ee moves like you can rearrange things but then they just go right back where they started. Does anyone know where this is discussed or instructions maybe. Tutorial? Can't be that hard, but its starting to ruffle my feathers cause I cant make it work for me. And I want to fix it pretty!:)
