Fed Up with Surveys

It seems that everytime I attempt to do a survey, I waste at least 5-10 minutes of my time filling out a bunch of crap just so I can wait for the screen that says "Unfortunately, you don't meet the criteria for this survey..." What am I supposed to do? Lie about stuff?

Yes i agree with you, and then they have all your information to do with as they want, and you get nothing in return for it. I do not try to fill in to many anymore for that exact reason.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I just feel like I would be better off writing on my blog and actually putting some content to use before wasting my time filling in mindless and endless forms just so they can tell me they don't need my responses. At least a little credit for trying would be nice you know.

Yes all those survey sites should offer a smaller payment if you are not accepted for the survey. If they did i would participate more. and i would not feel that it was just a waste of my time.

Everyday I am doing such surveys and some surveys used to reject us even after 10 minutes. I am having the doubt as if their main survey itself is the"preliminary survey' and are they trying to cheat us by simply disqualifying us from the survey. But chances are there. I am the member of a survey site myview.com and I have never completed even a single survey in this site. Fortunately they are not having much questions in the preliminary surveys, except email,country,yar of birth etc..Even if we want to lie, it is not sure to get qualified for that..waste of time

That I do completely agree with. I just made a few attempts at lying in a few just to see if it would increase my chances of getting in. That answers was a big fast "NO". Surveys are done for me until I find something that actually works.

The only survey company that will give me surveys to complete is pine cone research. I always complete those and I am happy for that as I get $3 per survey. I also try to do surveys on greenfield and most of those, I am not qualified for. It is really annoying that they give a person surveys that I can't even complete. Why bother, if they aren't going to let me complete them anyway? It really makes no sense to me at all. It is annoying to get so far in them, and all of a sudden they decide I am not qualifid. AT least I do get paid from one survey company and I will definintely stay with them. Godo luck to you and happy mylotting.
