Share your experience about your first job after you graduated college?

My first job, immediately after graduation, was that of a career consultant in a computer training institute. I had no idea of the job at hand and only because one of my friends was working there that I got the job…I just went to the interview for a lark and was taken on. I was very naïve and now I realize that I was paid peanuts for my efforts. However, I got to interact with a lot of people and that helped me very much with my subsequent interviews.
