i once was a vitim of fraud on one of my ebay purchases. in my desire to get a nice celphone at a lower bid, my money was swindled by a great pretender seller. after sending my payment thru globe g-cash, her contact number will be longer be reach, and her account on ebay was surprisingly withdrawn already! how nice...she just had successfully taken my hard earned money in just a very unique modus operandi! poor me, i have nothing to do anymore, even reporting to ebay will not get my money back anymore, so what i am doing now is trying to convince myself that she needs my money badly more than i...i just hope that she uses it in a nice way....i believe in karma, and i am hoping too, that it will come to her sooner. are you a victim too?

I have not been a victim but I have seen and heard of people falling prey to such fraudsters. They simply take your money and vanish. I wish there were stringent laws to bring them to book. :)

I am very sorry to hear that you were a victim of fraud on e bay. You wanted to receive the cell phone that you had won with your bidding so you sent off the money. She should have sent off the item that you had paid for. I thought that sellers wanted to please buyers on e bay. I didn't imagine any of them wanted negative feedback. You suggested that she might use the money in a nice way so that is comforting for you. It is worth you emailing e bay because it wouldn't be nice for other buyers to pay then not receive their item. I have bought items from e bay and have paid via Pay Pal which I recommend highly. I wish you good luck in the future when you boy things off the Internet.
