Father or Mother?

Dear people, I have a strange doubt. I really wanna know the person whom you like to share and discuss your thoughts and feelings. Will it be your mother of father. Whom do you feel more supportive and standing with your decisions and why? I also doubt whether girls have good understanding with her father and boys with mother. Is it true? Do share your wonderful views on this discussion. Happy Mylotting...Cheers..

My mother is the only one .My dad tends to talk to much without realizing the impact of his statements. As he hangs out in the coffee shop a bit to much......,Also he tends to assume that ,I have told my daughter things that ,I don't. Mom is very closed mouthed ,I can tell her anything without getting a whole bunch of advise. So I use my mother as a sounding board for all my problems.

Well for serious issues I would talk to my father over my mother. My father is a ver logical man and I respect his opinions. He just has very sound thinking. As for my own children. They come to me before they go to their father. Even my boys because I just know them better and I 'get it' when they are talking. I'm more of a person to explain why something happens over just telling them what to do. Honestly, most of my children are adults now so I'll give the information they need and explain why one route is better than the other. That's why the come to me more. I'll explain it all to them.

I don't think we can share all of our feelings with our mother or father, we would rather prefer to discuss all of our feelings with our brothers or sisters. I hope all you would agree with me on this.
