Do you learn from your mistakes and correct yourself in future?

Of course we should learn from our mistakes. Past bad experience and mistakes will teach us something, to hone us to be better. And we should try our best to not to commit the same mistakes again.

Hi there! I always try to learn from my past experiences, from my mistakes and make things right in the future. So far I've been successful in doing that. But there is only thing that I can't seem to learn from my past experiences, and that is falling in love with the wrong guy. It seems that when it's about love, sometimes though I know that I shouldn't be committing the same mistakes again, I would find myself doing it again. I find it hard to go against my heart.

Hello Vijay, Precisely dear,to err is human but committing the same mistakes again and again is foolishness. I can remember doing mistakes when i was 5 years old.My grandfather told me to stay away from the well(deep well) since it's an open well and quiet deep.I didn't listen to him,but what i did is a played and catch frogs near the well,and all of a sudden i can see myself up and underwater,grasping for air. The splashing created by my desperate swimming caught my uncle's attention,if not,there is no Jaiho responding here now. I cried a lot,but thanks God,it didn't leave me bad trauma,im not afraid of water,river,or sea.But that incident gives me inspiration to learn how to swim. But,since then,i always listen to my grandpa and any elder/older than me.I was a stubborn when i was a kid,and that gives me a great lesson to listen to others.

Hello vijayanths this is checkmail and often do commit some mistakes in the going of my life, but not every mistakes teaches us.Means to say that some mistakes do teach us and we also improvise in it, but he mistakes is from the other part then its useless to even understand.But yes once a mistake is known must be corrected and never let it happen again.

Some I learn from but others I do make the same mistake over and over :(

I learned from every mistake I have made and I am afraid if I will do that again. So far I haven't done the same mistakes, but there are instances that I had done a mistake that I am not aware I have done before. I am more careful now. Of course, we all learned from our mistake, it is part of our growing or development. If we repeat the same mistake again, it will depends, maybe we are aware of that and we decided to let it happen.

Yes, I do take a lesson from every mistake as it helps in leading a better life. But at the same time, there are some mistakes, I repeatedly commit and I think they are inevitable for me atleast (Sorry, I can't share them here).
