Hi icesmile, I didn't realise you were Romanian. Am I right that one of your traditional foods is the roaste red peppers served with small sausages, I'm sure the recipe I do that from is Romanian. For me, the best food ever is Chinese dim sum served with red hot chilli oil, I love the little baskets with a variety of foods. Sadly it is a long time since I had it but I don't think I would ever tire of it.

Yes you right, we have so many traditional foods, who come here and eat once, will come again for sure...any way Romanian food is very good .

That sounds very interesting. I will have to look it up. I went on wikipedia and found a page for you about Danish cuisine. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danish_cuisine My family is half Danish (my mother's side is Danish, and my Dad's side is Canadian) so I like a lot of Danish cuisine.
