low point snacks

Hi, I am wondering if there is anyone else who has been counting points on weight watchers, and if they have found any really super low snacks in points that still taste good?

Check out the fiber one yogurt. One container is 0. But be careful those 0s can add up to real points. We also do popcorn... almost every day. Low fat of course.

Try fat free,sugar free chocolate pudding with fat free cool whip on top.I also like 2oz angelfood cake with 2 tbsp.of fat free cool whip for only 2 points.The smart pop microwave popcorn is 2 points for the whole bag.I like to save some points for the evening that way I can enjoy a nice movie and a bag of popcorn.

Strawberries, brocoli, zuchini, and celry all have absolutly no calories and are good for you. You can have as much of these items as you want. Tomatos have very few calories but I do not know what the point value of them is. I have never tried weight watches because I cannot afford the membership (or am willing to count points) but I have a friend who has lost over 100 pounds with them. Best wishes.
