What is the star show above our profile icture?

Hi tony, Star and number inside is our posts rating. Every time we posted a post (discussion/response/comment), someone can rate it as a + or -. If our posts ia a good one and they like it, they will give a + rate. The more you receive + rate the higher your number will be. If you get more - rate then your number will be dropped. The highest rate is 10 and lowest is one.
