Drinking water in between the meals / eating is not good ...Is it True ?

From what I know, drinking will make you feel full and therefore you'll eat less. I find it great when I am on a diet, I'll drink soup 20 minutes before I start my meal. By the time I want to eat my meal, my brain is telling me that I am already full so I eat less... I dont know if that is harmful or not.

there is no problem with drinking water between meals and other times.

no, thats a falsehood, wherever did you get that idea. we all must drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day and you sure cannot drink all of that at your meals,so yes you must drink some water between meals.skkalra do not believe all the crap you read on the internet unless its given by a medical professional.

Yes it is true that drinking water in the meal i not good..and amny types of chemicals are mixed up with them.. so it is not good for drinking... if you drunk it then you me be comes ver an desease..
