If there were (are) Martians why would they call the planet Mars? We gave it that name. Why do we drive on parkways and park on driveways? Do androids dream of electric sheep?

That depends, actually. If you're talking about Martians who live on Mars then they would not have named their planet Mars. Instead, they are more likely to name their planet something in their language. Maybe Martians name their planet Earth, just like we do. So it depends on what they call the planet. Besides, the word 'earth' doesn't mean it has to happen on the planet Earth. It could just mean a quake in the earth (earth as in the ground). Mars technically has earth, so there could be a tremor in that earth. If it were humans referring to the planet Mars then we would probably call it a Marsquake. A Marsquake would make sense because it is happening on the planet Mars, after all.

Marsquake, I think. But then again, are we worried about it getting quakes? Somehow, we are also running short of names for the hurricanes on Earth. By the way, there is a possibility that Martians don't call it quake. So, it does not really count. Maybe it's fluztza. Yeah, maybe.
