You think breakfast is important..

Some says that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.. It will give you energy to start the day. It will also help so you will not feel hungry in the middle of the day.. its like a reserve energy specially during lunch, coz Sometimes we dont eat lunch on time due to we need to finished some work first or we are too busy doing with our work that we almost forgot that its already lunch time..

yes i believe it is important, in the night you sleep and all that acid comes to your stomach and accumulates and you really feel hungry in the morning after a nice long sleep and after all that rest, the time you sleep is the time when your body doesn't have any food intake for the longest time in a day and it really needs some boost at the morning and yeah one needs to do breakfast every morning, without that, sometimes we really feel weird in the stomach, that's coz our body needs food at the start of the day and you need to fulfill the demand.

voldrox Did you know that your stomach lies on your left side? I didn't really know that. I read somewhere that the stomach is on the side and when you lay down to sleep that you shouldn't sleep on the left side if you have problems with acid. I was surprised to learn this. Everyone always graps their front for the belly. Neat huh!

If I don't eat breakfast before I start a busy day I feel awesome by time lunh rolls around, and I usually end up with a tummy ache. It's also really bad for your metabolism to go without food that long, when you do it tries to save all the energy instead of using it right away.

Agree ,breakfast is really important for a day's job. i pay more attention to breakfast ,i usually eat different kinds of food in the morning . But we need to have our breakfast with 7-9 am ,as the nutrition will be fast absorbed during this time .

its also a great energy booster in the mornings, you don't feel the need to Gorge your self of the office donuts or Feel that your have to Stuff your self silly at lunch. Its also great if you want to lose weight! Eating breakfast helps in that too :)

I believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and i make sure that i eat a good one everyday. It helps you get started to a good day. and when you eat a good breakfast you have all day to burn it off because you are more active during the day, i keep my light meal for the evening

dlr297 Very well put. I feel more like doing things during the day if I eat that breakfast. Although I never thought about having that lite evening meal. Good tip. I think I will give that a try and see if it helps me. Go Breakfast.

Surely breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It provides you the energy to start your day. If you want to skip dinner or lunch it may be a good idea for your health but skipping breakfast is always a bad idea for somebody's health. Also you will lack the energy and enthusiasm to work if wont have the energy to work. Also it is said that the breakfast should be heavy and the other meals should be light. The age old saying still works "Breakfast like a king, Lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper".

Yes, I agree with you. For me Breakfast meal is the most important meal of the day. I feel so down when I don't take my breakfast. It is the best way to boost my day. It gives me enough energy my daily activities for the day. Without breakfast, I feel so weak and has no focus for the day.

It is a must for everyone to breakfast everyday because breakfast is to break the fasting from night to morning.Need not hog much atleast milk and a few pieces of fruits.It is proved by researchers that people who skip their breakfast tend to put overweight as they munch stomach full during their lunch.

Absolutely, yes, and it's the time of day that I eat A LOT. You know, following that "eat like a king at breakfast, a prince at lunch, pauper at dinner" mantra - I forget how it exactly goes but you get the point. It may be the healthiest way to go about eating, in my opinion.

Yes, I think the breakfast is one of the important meals. I agree with you. And I heard that if you skip breakfast, it will lead to many healthy problems. And the feeling is bad since you don't have the breakfast. So even if I am in a hurry, I still have the breakfast when I am on the way to work. I love China

I also do have breakfast in the morning. But when I don't have enough time to eat I'm okay with it as long as I drink a cup of coffee. That is really important to me. I can survive without having my breakfast but not without my coffee.. ^^

Yes I eat brekfest every day since it is the most important meal of the day. If I didnt eat breakfest I would be weak for most of the day since I cant function right when im starving which I usally am in the morning. The only time I dont eat breakfest is when I dont wake up early like if I wake up after 12pm then I wont eat breakfest and will just go straight on to lunch.

hi homeshoppers, Breakfast is very important in daily routine. You should never leave home hungry. It is because your system has been without enough energy whole night and then next meal is again dinner as usually ur in school , college or work during lunch and if you are at work many a times you donot get time to lunch or because of tension of job or study you donot feel like having lunch and it can harm the body a lot when it doesnt get energy for such a long time. So for me break fast is a very very important and most important meal of the day.

I can not tolerate eating early in the morning so my first meal of the day is about 9.30 or 10 am and that suit me very well I do not believe on eating if you are not hungry[ probably that is why people put weight on, by eating when they are not hungry] we all have a different metabolism and your body will let you know when it needs fuel I do not believe in all this propaganda that you need your breakfast to be able to function[ I think there are a lot of business out there wanting to sell their products] and every one of them is trying to scare the hell out of you [ because you are not having breakfast for goodness sake!]and by the way you are not buying their products. Make sense? I think it does. Any way I tell you what I like for my [ late breakfast] scrumble eggs w/ toast, french toast/w honey,and on sundays I like croissants or fresh baked scones [I make them my self] w/ jam and cream! Oh yummy!

By all means Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. With breakfast you are fueling your system with engery. Breakfast will keep the body from storing other foods to energize for later which in return can cause weight gain. If you are dieting it is extermly important to eat a good healty breakfast.

Breakfast is the important , that' true. If someone doesn't have breakfast very often he will get sick someday. Most young people just skip breakfast and they wake up until noon in their holidays . When i was young and at school i also had this habit not to have breakfast . But now i have breakfast on time everyday to keep energy.
