For me attitude is more important.A person having aptitude but not attitude looks like a paper flower. Every one will want to make a distance with that person. After having everything in life person is alone. So attitude is more important than anything.

its attitude. if u have not much skill in some work but your attitude is right than can do that work very nicely. attitude is in your hand , u develope attitude, but aptitude is not in your hand, its god gift.
