We eat for many different reasons but not always for the right reasons.Most people choose food pure based on taste, and thats fine because food was meant for enjoyment.However, if we make food decisions based on our taste alone, without regard to nutrition or healthy eating habits, then gaining weight is inevitable. Changing your eating habit demands considering the nutritional value as well as the amount of calorie and fat. Learn to read labels so you can make decisions based on healthy eating habits.As you gain experience reading labels, you wont be fooled by clever and deceptive marketing techniques used to get more of your money. Healthy eating habitt comes by education.

A healthy eating habit is truly important to us. There is saying: You Are What You Eat. In my opinion, besides learn to read labels, its important that we cut down processed food as much as possible and try to eat more organic food and non-GM food as well.Learn to prepare detox diet is also a good start for healthy eating. true ny1009, processed food is unhealthy to our body. We must have it in lower amount if somebody had a hard time cutting it down totally. Thanks for the comment

Its quite unfortunate that most people are just too busy to prepare food from original raw material.Anyway we just have to try our best to prepare healthy meal at least once or twice a day.Nowadays there are lots of organic food restaurants, I think these can be a good place to go for healthy meals.
