With the television media being one of the fastest and most efficient medium for transferring information, the tv new channel crews, they interview so many celebrities and ask them about their current personal affairs and let the public know what they are doing.Whenever they are out shopping somewhere, the news crew comes in to interview with there mics dangling forward! do you believe it is justified for the news crews to interfere with their lives and that the media does it only to gain more popularity coz people like to know more about them.

I think that there should be a happy medium. Like, don't stalk the celebrities at home, but also, the celebrities should give their fans something, like a press conference, in a public area, and answer questions like "what is your favourite colour"? or song, etc.
Being a celebrity has its drawbacks, the papparazzi being one of them. But, they should be able to manipulate the papparazzi, and use them to their advantage, especially when the celebrity is also an advocate.

I think, media just thinking about profit.Ok,Public want to know them but I think just about their achievement,so they can be our inspiration. They have privat live. And it's can influence people.Yes,it's good if that good things. But no good for their bad behavior.the important is expose their privat is open their shame. And I think,it's not good.

This is one of the many darker side of the media. They no longer know what's private and public, all they want is to have a story. In turn, this is what celebs have exchanged their freedom for --- fame.
I guess this is the main reason why celebrities (some of them) would just have loose screws, since they cannot handle the attention and the loss of privacy.

yes i think its justified,
as to be honest many of the so called celebs have used the media to their own means to make them famous then all of a sudden they decide I dont want my life broadcast to all.
If it wasn't for the media then the celebs wouldnt be celebs they know what they are getting themselves into.
Though I do draw the line when its disruptive to the kids etc etc

Hello friend,
It's not media who's gaining popularity,it's the clebreties. And without the media,a celebrity won't become popular.
Celebrities are normal people, they also want some privacy but they are aware that media are always around with eyes on them. So,it's not a big deal for celebrities when suddenly they are being followed and interviewed in public places, anyway, media people are polite when celebrities will asked politely not to answer their questions.
And without the media, unnamed celebrirties won't become popular either,so,media and celebrities must go together,it's just using each other. For celebrity to become popular, and foe media people to earn more money and made name also in the media world.

i agree jaiho... media is one the most powerful tools one could use to come to the spotlight, and now more and more people seem to use the media to get their names on the television whether it be acting or doing bad things just to get the attention of the public.

this is done for them. more they will be on TV more popular they will be. No one will become popular with just one music clip.
