Is it worth it to give... give... give... to the one`s you love.???

If your special someone or shall I say your bf/gf is in great need like financially, emotionally, etc., is it worth it to give her/him most of what you have even though your not sure if he or she is the one? I this dilemma guys just now. Just want your opinion and maybe you could help me make a decision. S.O.P.

It completely depends upon your relationship. If you truly love each other, and are committed in every way throughout your relationship then it is your obligation to give to your significant other. When you fully commit yourself to another you become one and everything they need is what you need as well. You both give yourself completely to the other person almost all the time. Of course you still have your selfish moments too, but you always need to be there for your spouse, you need to be the one who helps them through the rough patches... if you don't it is very likely that they will find someone who can.

Yeah.. you`ve definitely got a point there. I guess once you`ve really love someone you could never deny the fact that you wish to give him all you`ve got for him/her to be happy with you no matter unfair for your part that is. Thanks for your reply.

I do not usually think giving to my spouse is unfair. Yes he has the advantage in some situations, but I do in others as well. It has to be fair, you cannot always give in to everything that he wants when he will not do the same for you. It all needs to even out to you both meeting in the middle. You never want to resent your spouse. When you get to that point that is a deal braker that is almost impossible to work through. :)
