How do you get home?

I know some of us here in lot have their own vehicle, it can be a motorcycle, bicycle or cars. Before I usually use my motorcycle to go to my work and to go home. But when I have to bring my laptop at work, stop using it cause it's pretty much and I feel tiring, cause my work place is far from my home. Right now I used to ride 3 public vehicles just to go to my and to go home. When I am going home, I walk a couple of minutes to go to the LRT station (LRT is public train transport here in the Philippines). From that station I will pass on 10 more stations, and from there I will ride a bus fro about 1 to 2 hours, and lastly after that ride I have to ride another vehicle and it is the PUJ or public utitlity jeep. How about you, how do you get home? Do you also ride public utility vehicle or do you use your own vehicle? Happy MyLotting .

Hello brienn, I carpool to work every day with my Mother. I applied for a job with her at a vet clinic in the next city over (she is a technician and I am part of the kennel staff), so it saves a lot of money (gas, extra insurance for another car, etc.) I usually only work half a day, and she works a whole day, so I take my laptop and bunker down at a nearby wifi location until she is able to go home.

Good day Valenas, You are lucky enough that you and your mother work in the same company. And you will really save a lot of money for that . By the way how long is travel time from work to your house? You got a really nice job there, and you work only half day, so you can do the other half of your work here in MyLot . God bless. It seems you take a long time before arrive at home. I usually went back from office either straight with taxi or riding a public transportation called busway, which is an airconned bus transportation with an integrated route accross Jakarta, and then take taxi afterwards. Usually I choose the second way cause it's cheaper, although it takes 15-30 more minutes to arrive at home. Forst alternative takes 20-30 mins, second one takes around 30-45 mins.

You are just close to your work place? It only took you not more than an hour to arrived home and to your office . Me too I usually take the route that is much cheaper. Thank you for your response . God bless you. Happy MyLotting .

I go to college first with a 30 min.drive from bus and then the 30 min travel to college through train.Thus a total of about 1 & 1/2 hours it takes for me to go to college then same to return...
