how many plates do u get through at an EAT ALL U CAN buffet?

me it depends how hungry i am. hehehe. sometimes 3 or 4 plates, but not so full, because the plates is small hehe, cant put everything on it, all i like is the dessert and the drinks... bottomless drinks until u drown! hehehe. i like eating too... if the food tasted good, i go for it, if im new with that food, i;ll try to taste everything little by little or i might explode. hehehe

i usually dont eat all day before i go to an all you can eat. i plan ahead so i have lots of room. i especially like the chinese food ones. i usually eat a couple of plates full of food and very little salads or desserts because i can eat those at home.

yah right, before eating a big buffet, make sure u are hungry! so u can eat all, and still have space on ur tummy. hehehe. happy eating! its been a while since i eat at an eat all u can restaurant.

LOL.. I am like you when it comes to trying out various dishes at a buffet lunch. I generally take 2 plates, with tiny portions of most of the dishes.If I am real hungry then I have a third plate,in which I have a little more of what I liked. Finally, dessert. But if I know there is such a lunch/dinner, I keep myself light. I also see to it that I go for long walks or exercise a little more that day, after enough time has passed post eating.Else I feel kind of uneasy and bloated .lol
