Should you rent or own?

What are the pros and cons of renting a property versus owning it?

Renting anything goes rong the land lord fixes it so that is a plus....But if you own you can do anything you want to the place

Owning is always better. It saves money for you. You get an asset in your name. you can earn money from it.
